3. A one minute self tape of any scene or monolog you want.

4. We only take across the board, so are you interested in both theatrical and commercial? 

5. Please state your union status: SAG, SAGe or Non Union.

6. If you are non union, we would start you with commercial only and  move you to our theatrical roster when you are SAGe.
